Industrial Engineer
The Industrial Engineering team within the client is seeking Industrial Engineers to join our growing team located in Portland, Oregon, USA.
Our Industrial Engineering contractors will focus on production stability, implementing lean methodologies, assessing, and performing to rate readiness requirements, reviewing the facilities footprint for improvements, as well as utilizing root cause analysis and process improvements to improve flow of products and people throughout the site.
Candidates will be engaging with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and should be a self-starter and a collaborative team player.
Our business unit allows you to learn all aspects of the Aerospace Manufacturing world including supply chain logistics and transportation, and fabrication of raw materials into products and assemblies to be delivered to our assembly and installation programs around the world.
Industrial engineer supporting factory operations. This will include capacity planning, forecasting for staffing, recovery planning, analytics, time studies.
Data analysis
Highly proficient in Excel
Experience with work measurement
Problem solving including root cause analysis
Manufacturing experience
2 or more years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environment.
1 or more years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering field.
