Senior-Level Geotechnical Engineer
EVREN Northwest (ENW), Inc. is a full-service environmental company that is looking to expand its Geotechnical Engineering Team in the Portland, Oregon office. We are seeking a qualified and highly motivated Senior-level geotechnical engineer to join our team. A successful candidate will be experienced in various aspects of geotechnical engineering projects, including the planning and implementation of subsurface field investigations, planning laboratory testing for soil and rocks, familiarity and performance of geotechnical design analyses, and preparation of full geotechnical engineering report.
The candidate will independently evaluate and provide recommendations for foundations, slope stability, retaining walls systems, and other geotechnical aspects of a project.
- Planning and Performing Geotechnical Field Explorations.
- Writing Daily Field Report.
- Completing Engineering Analyses.
- Preparing Geotechnical Engineering Reports and Deliverables.
- Performing Special Inspections during Construction.
- Managing Junior Level Staff.
- Managing Projects and Clients.
- Working with Company Management.
- 15 to 20 years of Geotechnical Engineering experience.
- BSCE/MSCE (Geotechnical).
- Professional Licenses: PE, GE.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Proficient in writing and analytical skills.

- Salary:
From $130,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experience. - Bonus opportunities.
- 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- No nights.
- No weekends.
