The OpportunityOur COES team delivers planning, engineering, and design services across the full energy ecosystem, helping clients achieve their operational, resilience, and sustainability goals. Our work includes

As a Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams through the successful delivery of complex energy projects from planning and design through execution. You'll collaborate with industry-leading technical experts, engage directly with executive-level clients, and help shape the future of customer-owned energy systems.
What You'll DoAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex Customer Owned Energy Systems projects, managing all aspects of project execution including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and resource management. You will lead multidisciplinary engineering and design teams, develop and implement project delivery strategies, and proactively address challenges to achieve project objectives. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, you will build trusted relationships, understand business needs, and provide clear communication to stakeholders, often executive-level leadership.
You will oversee project financial performance through forecasting, cost control, Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) reporting, and Earned Value Management (EVM) practices. In partnership with Jacobs' Global Integrated Delivery (GID) teams, you will leverage global expertise and digital capabilities to deliver innovative, efficient, and high-quality solutions that create lasting value for our clients.
