- Description

Seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer with 5-8 years of consulting engineering experience to support electrical design and project management activities across a variety of commercial, institutional, healthcare, manufacturing, federal, higher education, and technology-focused projects. This position offers significant client interaction, project ownership, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

- Responsibilities

- Design lighting, power, and electrical distribution systems

- Produce engineering calculations and technical documentation

- Develop construction drawings, specifications, and reports

- Conduct site investigations and field verification

- Coordinate with owners, architects, and engineering disciplines

- Manage project budgets, schedules, and invoicing

- Support proposal and fee development efforts

- Lead multiple concurrent projects

- Ensure code compliance with NEC, IBC, IECC, and local requirements

- Load calculations

- Voltage drop calculations

- Short circuit studies

- Photometric calculations

- Required Qualifications

- BS in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering

- Active PE License

- 5+ years electrical consulting engineering experience

- Lighting and power systems design experience

- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Project management experience

- Microsoft Office proficiency

- ETAP, SKM, or Easy Power experience

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
