Senior Voice Engineer - Avaya
Location:
Portland, OR (Onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Voice Engineer to provide L3 support for enterprise voice and unified communications environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Avaya Voice Infrastructure, VoIP, Contact Center technologies, and voice automation, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and lead voice transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities- Provide L3 support for enterprise voice and unified communications environments.
- Troubleshoot complex voice infrastructure and contact center issues.
- Lead voice transformation initiatives and automation projects.
- Strong experience with Avaya Aura Communications Manager (Avaya Aura Com).
- Proficient in Avaya Voice Infrastructure, VoIP, Contact Center technologies, and voice automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide L2/L1 teams.
