Position: Hardware Engineer (Senior & Principal levels)

The Senior& Principal Hardware Engineers will design and develop high-power electronics used in semiconductor test equipment. This role is focused on power delivery, power integrity, hardware validation, and system-level integration for advanced chips and FPGA-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-current power delivery systems (up to 100A+)
  • Develop and optimize power architectures, regulators, and power modules
  • Perform power integrity (PI), PDN, transient response, and stability analysis
  • Design protection features such as over-current, over-voltage, and thermal protection
  • Lead hardware bring-up, debugging, testing, and validation
  • Use lab equipment including oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and electronic loads
  • Support thermal design, reliability testing, and failure analysis
  • Work closely with firmware, mechanical, silicon, and test engineering teams
  • Own hardware designs from concept through production release
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to technical best practices
Ideal Background:
  • 8+ years of power electronics or hardware design experience
  • Experience with high-current power delivery and switching power supplies
  • Strong knowledge of power integrity, PDN analysis, and transient response
  • Experience with SPICE simulation and PCB design tools
  • Hands-on hardware debugging and validation experience
  • Experience working with semiconductor, instrumentation, or ATE systems is a plus

Base Salary: 150-250k + bonus + RSUs
