We're looking for a Layout Designer with 2–8+ years of experience to support semiconductor equipment layout and installation projects in advanced manufacturing and cleanroom environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed equipment layouts, drawings, and 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Coordinate with engineering, facilities, and construction teams to optimize tool placement and space planning.
- Resolve layout conflicts, support installation planning, and maintain accurate design documentation.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
. - Background in building systems mechanical design within semiconductor or other high‑tech manufacturing facilities.
- Strong drafting, modeling, and coordination skills.
