Otak is seeking a Senior Transportation Project Manager to join our Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA office to oversee the delivery of resilient, accessible, and context-sensitive civil and active transportation projects. As a senior member of our Transportation and Infrastructure Group, you will lead projects from concept through construction, guide multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with clients to deliver safe, sustainable, and community-focused transportation solutions across Oregon and Southwest Washington.
You will build a community-centered portfolio by shaping and delivering municipal roadways, multi-use trails, bridges, underpasses, and civic improvements, while engaging in purpose-driven work that enhances community connectivity and environmental quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license, with the ability to obtain registration in Oregon and Washington within six (6) months.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with an emphasis on transportation, infrastructure, drainage, and utility design.
- Strong technical background in roadway, multimodal, and transit infrastructure design.
- Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Micro Station/Open Roads, or similar design software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results

Salary Range: $131,000-$170,000 per year
