Location: Portland, OR

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission | Expected First-Year Earnings: $150,000-$250,000

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

As our design-build division grows, we're looking for an experienced HVAC professional who wants to play a key role in shaping projects from concept through completion while building a long-term career with a company that continues to expand.

• Develop new commercial HVAC opportunities with contractors, builders, and business owners
• Design practical, energy-efficient HVAC solutions for commercial projects
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Perform site evaluations and gather field information
• Create equipment selections, conceptual layouts, and system designs using industry software
• Prepare accurate proposals, budgets, and bid packages
• Work with manufacturers and suppliers to secure competitive pricing
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure a smooth transition from estimating through project completion

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC estimating experience
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC design or project engineering experience
• Experience preparing competitive commercial bid proposals
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices
