Interdisciplinary Senior Plan Formulator

Duties

Lead technical team member during the planning phase of civil works projects, culminating in an approved decision document such as letter report, feasibility report, major rehabilitation evaluation report, or post-authorization change report.

Ensure planning policies and regulations are followed, and is responsible for completion of the decision document and shepherding it through the approval process.

Coordinate with project delivery team to develop plans, scopes of work, and work schedules for the planning phase of Civil Works projects.

Work with the sponsor and public affairs staff as necessary, develop and direct a public involvement program to inform and encourage the public to assume a full role in deciding how water resources are developed and utilized.
