We are a collaborative and creative team of civil and structural engineers and surveyors that thrives on designing innovative solutions for projects of all scales. The local structural division in Oregon currently consists of over 100 employees working primarily out of our downtown Portland office.

We work on a wide variety of project types, serving public and private clients in land development, transportation, and municipal projects. This includes architectural-led building projects for K-12 and higher ed campuses, sports facilities, medical campuses, and mixed-use housing. In addition, we work on parks, trails, pedestrian bridges, road and vehicle infrastructure, and master planning, with a focus on sustainability in everything we do.

We believe in encouraging personal and professional growth, and we work hard at providing a solid structure with minimal organizational restrictions. We have a great group of collaborative and dedicated engineers in a business casual environment located in downtown Portland.

KPFF Consulting Engineers is hiring a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our structural engineering division in Portland, Oregon. This role will be responsible for helping to keep track of project data and assisting in content to support the firm's ongoing qualification requests and internal marketing initiatives. You will thrive in this job if you find joy in working with a close-knit team, understand the need for ongoing prioritization, appreciate both autonomy and constructive feedback, and want to develop meaningful creative work that supports the built environment.

This is NOT a good fit if you need a lot of defined processes, prefer siloed work environments, or have difficulty managing multiple concurrent deadlines.
