- Audit and Reconciliation — Conduct comprehensive audits of parking lot operations, including vehicle counts, ticketing, and financial records. Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and logs to ensure accuracy. Review records for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
- Vehicle Activity Monitoring — Monitor vehicle entry and exit, logging and ticket matching. Use security systems to track movements at entrances and exits. Identify and report unauthorized vehicles, improper parking, or other irregularities to maintain order and security.
- Reporting, Documentation and Attention to Detail — Complete shift reports detailing tickets issued, revenue, and operational data. Maintain logs of vehicle arrivals and parking operations.
- Security and Compliance — Conduct regular parking lot inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed (markings, lighting, cameras). Respond to security concerns, monitor for unauthorized vehicles, and report issues to management. Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Lot Maintenance — Maintain cleanliness and safety of the parking lot; ensure equipment, spaces, and safety items are in good condition and free of hazards.
- Hospitality, Customer Service and Communication — Provide exceptional guest service through professional communication, active listening, and personalized assistance. Use proper two-way radio etiquette and maintain clear communication with team members.
- Attendance and Professionalism — Maintain regular attendance and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient operations.
- Additional Responsibilities — Support evolving business needs by completing other tasks as assigned, attending required meetings and training, and maintaining schedule flexibility.
- Education/Experience — High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred; customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor required.
- Certificates and Licenses — Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years; pass and maintain a clean background check. No special certifications required.
- Physical Demands and Work Environment — Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; work overnight, weekends, and holidays; outdoor/indoor work environments with varying weather and noise; ability to maintain professional appearance and safety.

- Overtime — All non-exempt positions will receive overtime pay (when applicable).

- FLSA — This non-exempt position is entitled to overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek. Compensation complies with applicable laws.
