• Hours vary: shifts may include days, evenings and weekends.
• Pay rate: $22.29/hour.

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in parking.

• Assist in day‑to‑day management of the location ensuring parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with day‑to‑day activities and management duties as assigned.
• Assist customers courteously.
• Maintain and repair parking equipment and carry out general maintenance tasks as directed.
• Report accidents, violations, safety hazards or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, etc.
• Substitute for any position if necessary.
• Know the entire garage, major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area.
• Complete other duties as needed.

Assist in the day‑to‑day management of a location ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.

• Education:
  
  Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and at least one month of related experience or training.
• Communication:
  Speaks clearly, listens, responds to questions, writes clearly and informatively.
• Customer service:
  Maintains a positive attitude and responds to service requests.
• Adaptability:
  Adapts to changes, deals with delays or unexpected events.
• Judgment:
  Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
• License requirement:
  Valid state‑issued driver’s license if expected to drive a company vehicle.
• Physical demands:
  Sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, lift up to 25 pounds, occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling or crouching.

Pay rate: $22.29/hour.
