This is a unique opportunity to help shape how parking runs at our venue. Whether you are leading a crew, welcoming guests, or keeping things moving outside, you will play a key role in creating a smooth, safe, and positive experience for everyone who visits.

• Plan and schedule employee shifts and staffing assignments to ensure smooth event operations
• Train and guide team members on their responsibilities and proper equipment usage
• Coordinate work between flaggers and cashiers to ensure arrival and departure efficiencies
• Evaluate the work, activities, and work resources of crews or employees in the assigned lot/area
• Review any new work assignments, confirm work details with event lead before shift begins
• Assign and manage active work orders, making real‑time adjustments based on team capabilities
• Make labor decisions within the assigned area as it relates to breaks and meals
• Ensure all team members accurately use the timekeeping system
• Assist staff with flagging and cashier duties during busy periods and when needed

• Are at least 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have one year of customer service experience
• Have one year of parking‑related or similar work experience
• Have the ability to work a flexible, event‑based schedule, including nights, weekends, and sometimes holidays
• Can understand and communicate conversational English, including following verbal and written directions
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Can be on your feet and moving around the venue and Rose Quarter campus for several hours at a time
• Demonstrate the ability to work as a team with people of different backgrounds and abilities

• A minimum of one year of lead work experience
