Wednesday‑Sunday 4:00pm – 11:30pm

• Creates a pleasant first impression for guests upon arrival to the front lobby.
• Responds to resident, family, and co‑worker concerns in a timely manner.
• Assists in maintaining front office functions and ensures they run smoothly and organized.

All team members must possess the basic ability to use computer and smartphone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures, and must be able to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
