• Turn complexity into strategic clarity
• Consolidate multiple operating units into one cohesive financial story, bringing the full picture of labor, cost of sales, operational spend, and investment activity into focus.
• Own the Financial Engine
• Lead close analytics, drive variance analysis, and build rolling forecasts that guide and empower decision‑making. Your insights won’t sit in a deck; they will shape outcomes.
• Influence our investment strategy. Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Marketing, and Operations to evaluate growth opportunities and capital allocation. See how decisions are made and have a voice in shaping our strategic direction.
• Build scale while growing your scope. Refine budgeting processes, elevate modeling capabilities, and help design and strengthen our financial infrastructure. You’ll begin with operational and cost analytics, leading to a path into revenue, cash flow, and broader financial leadership over time.

• Competitive exempt salary based on experience

• This is a hybrid role, preference for candidates living in the Portland Metro area
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate or operations finance, with demonstrated expertise in budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis required
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems required
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, etc.) required
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and financial reporting tools preferred
• Ability and experience working on cross‑functional teams to solve complex business problems
