Wealth Management Associate – Portland, OR

SW Portland Office |
Mon–Thu 7:30–4:00, Fri 7:30–2:00

A well‑established independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with over a decade of serving high‑net‑worth clients is seeking a Wealth Management Associate to join its Portland team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels at building relationships, communicating clearly, and translating complex information into approachable language.

The team prides itself on delivering a high‑quality, values‑aligned client experience. Following a recent merger and continued growth, we are excited to add a new professional to support our advisory team and serve as a primary connection point for client relationships.

What You’ll Do
  • Exceptional Client Service & Relationship Management
  • Client Meeting Preparation & Support
  • Wealth Planning & Onboarding
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of client service experience in the wealth management industry
  • Bachelor’s degree (finance or related field preferred)
  • Series 65 + FPQP or CFP module 1, or willingness to obtain within 12–18 months (firm‑funded)
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, eMoney, Tamarac
    , or similar systems (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Consistency in following established processes and independently managing tasks
