Accounting Manager

We are seeking a hands on Accounting Manager who is strong technically on the accounting side but also capable of thinking strategically and operating with a broader finance mindset. This role will own the full finance and accounting function and serve as a key partner to leadership as the business scales.

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and compliance
• Manage external CPA/audit relationships
• Own transactional account processes including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable
• Develop meaningful financial reporting for leadership
• Create and track KPIs aligned with company performance
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow planning
• Provide actionable financial insights to support decision-making

• Own and optimize the ERP system
• Evaluate potential future ERP solutions as the company grows
• Improve internal controls and financial workflows
• Drive automation and scalability within finance operations

• 5–10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Prior experience in a $10M–$50M revenue company strongly preferred
• Experience stepping into a fast-paced environment where everyone wears multiple hats and contributes to the overall growth of the organization
