Join JLL's Capital Markets team as a Debt & ISA Analyst, where you'll play an integral role in both debt/equity placement and investment sales advisory transactions across diverse commercial real estate property types and markets. This dual-focused position offers comprehensive exposure to every phase of the transaction lifecycle, from initial underwriting and market research to closing and client relationship management. Working in a high-energy, collaborative environment, you'll develop sophisticated financial modeling skills while creating compelling offering memorandums that drive successful capital placements and investment sales.

You'll also have opportunities to mentor analysts and contribute to business development activities. This role provides exceptional learning and growth opportunities within JLL's industry-leading capital markets platform, allowing you to build expertise in commercial real estate finance and investment sales while contributing to transactions that shape communities and drive client success.
** What your day-to-day will look like:*
* • Develop and execute complex financial modeling for both debt/equity placement and investment sales transactions using market data and JLL resources to ensure accurate underwriting across various property types
• Create comprehensive debt and equity offering memorandums as well as investment advisory packages, incorporating detailed market research, sophisticated financial modeling, and compelling executive summaries
• Manage due diligence processes efficiently while driving marketing and closing activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders throughout each transaction lifecycle
• Lead periodic analyst meetings to provide guidance, answer questions, and develop future talent within the team
• Maintain consistent communication with Producers, market participants, and clients, providing regular updates and facilitating smooth transaction progression
• Analyze marketing feedback and provide strategic recommendations to help clients optimize their business plans and capital structures for maximum market appeal
• Utilize databases effectively to identify market trends and prepare compelling materials for client pitches, presentations, and meetings
• Review and analyze complex real estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals) to identify potential issues and provide strategic guidance
• Participate actively in weekly office meetings with Producers to discuss deal flow, transaction status, and market conditions
• Support capital markets team in business development and client relationship management activities

* Required Qualifications:

* • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis environment, with commercial real estate investment sales, debt/equity placement, or mortgage banking experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of transaction execution and financial modeling expertise
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for complex financial modeling, along with Outlook and Word
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication abilities with demonstrated client-facing capabilities
