As a tax-focused Experienced Associate, you'll join a collaborative team supporting high net worth clients, gaining valuable experience and fostering professional growth. You will be responsible for assisting with tax planning, preparation, and compliance for our diverse client base. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Prepare complex individual and high-net-worth tax returns and preparations (1040s)
• Research technical tax matters and prepare written communications
• Support tax planning projects and develop strategies for clients
• Analyze financial records and transactions to determine tax liability
• Assist with managing client expectations and deadlines
• Build meaningful client relationships and work as part of a collaborative team
• Communicate tax matters to senior associates and managers
• Continuously learn through trainings, mentorship, and on-the-job experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited college/university
• 1+ year of recent public accounting experience focused on tax
• Working toward CPA licensure (or already licensed)
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax preparation software preferred
• Ability to sit for the CPA exam if not already licensed
