Job Description

As an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I), your journey begins by obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66). After licensing, you will be taught foundational advisory skills, which include acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, evaluating complex client financial pictures, and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives while humanizing interactions.

• Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through dedicated study time.
• Learn foundational advisory skills such as acquiring, building, and managing client relationships.
• Guide clients through complex financial pictures and provide tailored advice.
• Deliver Bank of America core banking and investment solutions within a financial center.
• Progress through ADP stages, ultimately becoming a Merrill Financial Advisor.

• Displays confidence working in a sales role.
• Builds strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Displays a proactive mindset and effective time management.
• Demonstrates a results-driven mindset and prioritizes client interests.
• Identifies appropriate client solutions through application of learnings and new information.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
• Learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
• Execute multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Hours per week: 40
