Strategic Financial Analyst Lead

Hybrid (In office 3 days/week) within Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah.

• Serve as a trusted finance business partner, providing financial guidance and support; build budgets, forecasts, and conduct variance analysis and reporting.
• Prepare financial analysis such as cost‑benefit, ROI, and capital resource analysis for new business opportunities, proposals, contracts, or product development.
• Support cost savings and process improvement efforts, and provide financial governance and oversight.
• Deliver presentations on complex issues, influencing decision‑making across the organization.
• Develop complex financial models and analyses using advanced analytical techniques and financial systems.
• Plan, organize, schedule, coordinate, and monitor large, complex tasks involving multiple functional areas.
• Guide work of analysts, lead initiatives, and mentor analysts.

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, or statistics (or equivalent).
• 12+ years of responsible experience with completion of certifications required in the area of specification (e.g., CPA, CMA, MBA, or ASA).
• Health insurance experience preferred; pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of applicable statutes, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex issues at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency across multiple business functions and deep understanding of business/healthcare principles.

• Highly knowledgeable, providing education and consultation on a wide variety of applicable statutes, policies, and procedures.
• Conceptualizes solutions to complex problems and readily anticipates issues.
• Applies a comprehensive perspective to decision making.
• Communicates complex issues with skill and precision.

Expected base salary range: $ – $. Bonus target: 15%.
