About the Role
Provide excellent client service by immediately acknowledging inquiries, identifying needs, offering appropriate products and services, and responding to questions in a timely manner.
Engage clients and prospects in client and business financial reviews to provide solutions, uncover additional financial needs, make recommendations, and follow through on commitments.
Maintain direct contact with external and internal clients, consistently providing proactive solutions and problem resolutions in alignment with the bank’s Breakthrough Client Service Standards.
Open Consumer and Business accounts for existing and new clients, independently originate Consumer loans accurately, and originate business loans independently or with minimal assistance.
Act as a resource to the teller, contributing to the team environment and filling in on teller functions—including cash transactions—when needed.
Support the branch goal of identifying and referring a wide range of bank products and services to the appropriate internal business partners.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED, required.
- 1 year of Teller or other banking experience required.
- In-depth knowledge of Consumer products and services.
- Demonstrated proficiency in consumer lending.
- Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations.
- Proficiency in expanding client relationships, creating new relationships, and expanding existing relationships with personal and business rapport.
- Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) within 60 days.
The pay range for this role is $20.00 to $27.00 per hour. The rate for the selected candidate is dependent on non‑discriminatory factors, including, but not limited to, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
The role may be eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, details of which will be provided during the recruitment process.

Benefit eligibility begins the first day of the month following the date of hire for associates who are regularly scheduled to work at least thirty hours weekly.
