Project Controls Manager
You will oversee the financial and administrative control of large-scale projects, ensuring seamless budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting that drive project success. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholdersincluding clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsto manage project accounting functions, monitor contractual compliance, and deliver critical insights that impact project profitability. Pay $100K
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience (or 10 years' experience without a degree)
- Strong financial, analytical, and systems management skills with high attention to detail
- Expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and contract compliance
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel), large business accounting systems, and Smartsheet preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills for effective stakeholder communication
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Experience with accounting support systems and project management tools
- Previous experience working with large-scale infrastructure or engineering projects
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and at least 6 years of relevant experience; additional experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Demonstrated success in managing project finances and client relationships in a complex project environment
