Job Description
This position is a key contact for Treasury Management customers and is responsible for ensuring that optimal levels of services are made available. The role assists Treasury Management Sales Consultants (TMC) in revenue‑generating activities and provides primary client support through direct personal contact with customers.
Responsibilities- Analyze multiple resources and tools to fully understand the customer's complex needs and desired output.
- Compile and analyze detailed pricing information, providing pricing comparisons based on findings.
- Assist with preparation of RFP/proposal content, reviewing and coordinating client responses.
- Assist TMC in deal development by collecting, inputting, and monitoring client data throughout the deal life cycle.
- Gather necessary client information and prepare documentation to support pre‑sale activities prior to implementation of financial products and services.
- Identify revenue‑generating opportunities by analyzing data to aid TMC in spotting untapped revenue opportunities and predicting future trends.
- Provide feedback to Sales, Product and Operations regarding product performance, deficiencies, and the need for new product development.
- May accompany Sales Representatives or Relationship Managers on sales calls to gain knowledge and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
- Three to five years of experience in Treasury Management sales support or project management.
- Proficiency with all Treasury Management products, systems, and processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Strong professional communication and written presentation skills.
- Critical thinking, negotiation, and decision‑making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions with limited supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various software packages.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule. An in‑office presence of at least three days per week is expected, with flexibility to work outside the office for the remaining days.

Pay Range: $81,515.00 – $95,900.00. The actual range may differ based on location and position specifics.
