• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in wealth management operations
• Proficiency in data management, spreadsheet applications, and performance measurement software (Tamarac, Addepar, etc.)
• Experience with quantitative research analytical tools (Axioma, Barra, Bloomberg, etc.)
• Finance certificate (CIPM, CIMA, CAIA, etc.) preferred

This is a newly created role and a unique opportunity to make a real impact creating system and flow. This role will be working directly with the COO and CIO.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for collecting and inputting financial and performance data for client portfolios, calculating and analyzing investment returns and risk metrics, and producing recurring and ad-hoc performance reports. Your innate methodical nature will be critical to thriving in this role, as you support the development and implementation of performance measurement methodologies, respond to performance-related queries from clients and portfolio managers, and compare portfolio performance against benchmarks and industry standards.

Success in this role requires a broad range of technical proficiencies, strong organizational skills, and an efficacious ability to communicate effectively with internal and external audiences.

This is a fully on-site role with paid parking. There will be some flexibility after a training period.
