PWM Banking Analyst

Job Overview

Private Wealth Management (PWM) Analysts are responsible for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships within PWM Private Banking. The role focuses on honing technical discipline and client‑facing skills necessary to progress to Associate Advisor.

• Drive retention, development, and growth of high-net-worth relationships.
• Create prospecting strategies and research, manage pipeline, and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide in‑depth analysis of client financial statements and recommend growth strategies.
• Maintain NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Up to three years of related experience.

• Knowledge of department operations, policies, and U.S. Bank products and services.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client‑facing skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other software.
• Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) is a plus.

Pay Range: $81,515 – $95,900.
