Finance Manager - CVOR at Providence St Vincent Medical Center
Full‑time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift position, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule.
Job OverviewThe Finance Manager supports local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned. Responsible for financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs, propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets, and provide analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The role also develops analytical reports to enhance process improvements and increase efficiencies, serves as a resource to clinical service line leaders, and contributes to the development of financial plans, budgets, and month‑end review of financial statements.
Responsibilities- Supports local ministry/entity leadership teams and serves on leadership committees as assigned.
- Conducts financial analysis and modeling to evaluate new programs, propose recommendations, and achieve financial goals and budgetary targets.
- Provides financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develops analytical reports to enhance process improvements and increase efficiencies.
- Serves as a resource to clinical service line leaders.
- Develops financial plans, budgets, and supports month‑end review of financial statements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field, or equivalent education/experience.
- At least 5 years of finance experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) upon hire.
- Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification upon hire.
- Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) upon hire.

Base pay range: $48.27 - $76.22 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
