Overview

Join JLL's Capital Markets team as a Debt & ISA Analyst. In this dual-focused role you will play an integral part of both debt/equity placement and investment sales advisory transactions across diverse commercial real estate property types and markets.

• Develop and execute complex financial modeling for debt/equity placement and investment sales transactions.
• Create comprehensive debt and equity offering memorandums and investment advisory packages.
• Manage due diligence processes and drive marketing and closing activities.
• Lead periodic analyst meetings to guide and develop team talent.
• Maintain communication with Producers, market participants, and clients.
• Analyze marketing feedback and provide strategic recommendations to optimize client business plans and capital structures.
• Utilize databases to identify market trends and prepare client pitch materials.
• Review and analyze complex real estate documents to identify issues and provide guidance.
• Participate in weekly office meetings with Producers on deal flow, transaction status, and market conditions.
• Support capital markets team in business development and client relationship management activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 2‑4 years of experience in financial analysis, especially in commercial real estate investment sales, debt/equity placement, or mortgage banking.
• Proven track record of transaction execution and financial modeling expertise.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills with client‑facing experience.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, with excellent time‑management skills to handle multiple deadlines.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical data to diverse stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in Argus Enterprise or other commercial real estate financial modeling software.
• Master’s degree (MBA) considered a plus.
• Experience with database management and advanced data analysis.
• Exposure to both debt/equity placement and investment sales transactions.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate property types, markets, and financing structures.
• Industry certifications such as CCIM or SIOR.
• Experience in client relationship management or business development.
• Familiarity with real estate legal documentation and due diligence processes.
• Use of property research platforms and market analysis tools.
• Active participation in real estate trade organizations or professional networking groups.
