Job Title

Senior Manager, Transaction Advisory Services – Financial Advisory Services

What You Will Do
  • Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports.
  • Conduct research and financial analysis of target companies.
  • Perform due diligence for buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
  • Communicate with clients to deliver exceptional service.
  • Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
  • Lead and mentor engagement team members, supporting their professional growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal teams, clients, and the community.
  • Engage in professional development through firm‑wide learning programs.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience at a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Strong motivation, initiative, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Intermediate modeling and Excel skills; experience in complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; experience presenting analyses to management.
  • Effective team player with experience interacting with senior client personnel.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $179,000–$262,000. Compensation influenced by skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
