Senior Financial Analyst - Full time, Day, Onsite
The Senior Financial Analyst is a member of the service area team and sits on local ministry teams to provide analytical support regarding the team's financial performance. Analyzes, understands and reports on key financial and business trends for the organization. Collects, researches and organizes financial and operational data to create and report monthly financials, variances and trending analyses.

The caregiver must be sufficiently fluent in the English language to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position. The degree of fluency required will vary depending on the nature of the position.

- Gather and analyze financial and operational results to understand and report underlying causes for business performance and variance. Pro-actively review, analyze, monitor, and report on operational, financial, and reports.
- Develop financial proformas and value propositions. Provide continued measurement of actual performance against current project budgets, original project funding, and other measures as appropriate.
- Support business leaders with annual operating budget and long range plan, including capital budget and financial forecasts.
- Work with Accounting team to conduct regular review of monthly accounting close.
- Prepare various analyses and recommendations used by business leaders management in making informed operating decisions.
- Review and verification of productivity metrics and statistics.
- Develop and provide training to leadership teams and managers regarding budget reporting, metrics and related information.
- Provides guidance, assistance and training to more junior-level analysts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent education/experience.
- 3 years Analytical and Business experience.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA). - Upon hire:
Certified Management Accountant (CMA). - 2 years Healthcare related experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
