Mercury is hiring a Senior Financial Reconciliation Manager to own end-to-end reconciliation, scale partner bank operations, and design the future-state framework for a de novo bank charter.
You’ll lead a high-performing team, shape and optimize our Black Line environment, and build the controls infrastructure that will underpin a regulated bank. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Product, Accounting, Risk, and Data Science to enable scalable, data-driven reconciliation across rails.
