Job Summary
Take the next step in your wealth management career as our client’s next Senior Client Service Associate. In this role, you will be highly detail-oriented as you prepare and process documentation related to client onboarding and maintenance, perform client and prospect data entry in the firm’s CRM, and prepare and oversee the preparation of various deliverables. You will serve as the liaison between clients and investment managers to complete money movement requests, coordinate with clients for annual audit confirmations, and perform calendaring functions with both internal and external teams.
Responsibilities- Prepare and process client onboarding and maintenance documentation.
- Perform data entry in the firm’s CRM (Salesforce or similar).
- Oversee preparation of various deliverables.
- Serve as liaison between clients and investment managers for money movement requests.
- Coordinate annual audit confirmations with clients.
- Handle calendaring functions with internal and external teams.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within financial services.
- Series 65 or 66 highly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM highly preferred.
- Charles Schwab experience preferred.
