Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial management and performance of multifamily and commercial real estate investment funds
- Manage fund financial models, coordinate and review tax returns, administer capital calls and distributions
- Monitor fund performance against projected yields
- Ensure that investor commitments, distributions, and return expectations are met in alignment with offering documents and investment strategy
- Perform internal and external reporting on fund performance, ad hoc, and specific analytic tasks as requested
- Develop and maintain the upper tier model to ensure assumptions are consistent with internal and investor requirements
- 8+ years of industry relevant experience
- Preferred skills:
Capital Management, Change Management, Credit Assessment, Equity Research, Financial Analysis, Investments, Management Reporting - Competencies:
