Senior Credit Analyst

Pacifi Corp seeks a Senior Credit Analyst to assess counter party and portfolio risk across its Utilities & Energy operations. In this role, you will analyze financial statements, model cash flows, assign risk ratings and recommend credit limits for commercial, wholesale and project counter parties. You'll monitor exposures, support collateral and covenant negotiations, and prepare clear risk reports for management in a heavily regulated environment.

Working cross-functionally with trading, finance, treasury and legal, you'll help protect Pacifi Corp's balance sheet while enabling grid modernization and renewable energy investments.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed credit and financial analysis of utilities, energy counter parties and large commercial customers.
• Develop cash flow models and assign internal risk ratings, recommending appropriate credit limits and terms.
• Monitor exposures, collateral levels and covenant compliance across the credit portfolio.
• Prepare clear written credit reviews, risk memos and presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with trading, treasury, finance and legal to structure credit support and mitigate risk.
• Support policy, limit framework and methodology enhancements for credit risk management.
• Track industry, regulatory and market developments impacting counter party credit quality.
• Maintain accurate credit data, documentation and reporting in risk systems.
