The Finance Specialist works directly with customers to secure financing, present protection products, complete paperwork accurately, and help ensure a seamless vehicle purchase experience from delivery to funding.

• Review and explain all documents and product offerings
• Meet finance department revenue goals
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to maximize performance
• Maintain detailed and accurate records

• Automotive finance or F&I experience preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
