Craft3 is seeking a Special Assets Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-risk loans and coordinate workout strategies across the Pacific Northwest, including Oregon and Washington. The role reports to the Chief Credit Officer and collaborates with Lending, Credit Risk, and Finance teams to protect asset quality while supporting Craft3’s mission.
The candidate will lead negotiations, monitor collateral and borrower performance, and develop recovery plans.
