Your New RoleAs Chief Financial Officer, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to the President, guiding financial strategy, strengthening operations, and positioning the company for continued growth.
Responsibilities- Lead Accounting, Finance, IT, and Tax functions, building on a strong foundation while identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen reporting and support informed decision‑making.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, cash management, and corporate reporting.
- Manage a high‑performing team, mentor staff, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Translate financial insights into business strategy, partner with leaders across the company, evaluate opportunities, navigate risk, and drive sustainable growth.
- Serve as trusted advisor to the President, providing thoughtful guidance that moves the business forward.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in accounting, finance, and organizational management.
- Experience overseeing a 20+ person team with annual revenue of $1B+.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related discipline required.
- CPA & MBA or other advanced business degree strongly preferred.
- Real estate investment experience highly preferred.
