We provide unbiased investment consulting services to nearly 200 institutional clients, including corporations, public retirement systems, Taft-Hartley funds, non-profit organizations, non-pension operating funds, high-net-worth individuals and families, and other special purpose funds. We are looking for intellectually curious and pragmatically innovative candidates with a “can do” attitude to fill our fulltime Data Entry Specialist position. Candidates must be prepared to work in an extraordinarily collegial team-oriented environment and consulting model. This is an entry-level position so on the job training will be provided.

• Collect and enter investment manager and index data on a monthly basis for certain asset classes
• Collect and enter custodian bank data on a monthly basis for certain custodian banks and clients
• Reconcile data with a third party, troubleshoot as needed, note reasons for any unresolved discrepancies, and approve
• Maintain due dates, checklists, and procedures
• Work in a deadline-driven environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, follow through and up on assigned tasks (team, client, and administrative) without needing to be micromanaged
• Provide support to the other Data Entry Specialists and Receptionist as needed
• Download data, information, fund fact sheets, etc. via the internet, Morningstar Direct, eVestment, etc. on a monthly, quarterly or ad-hoc basis
• Help achieve RVK business plan goals
• Other duties assigned as needed

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong internal and external communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Basic grasp of math concepts and terms

• Strong work ethic; able and willing to work more than 40 hours per week when needed (deadlines and/or workload may require 50 to 60-hour weeks and include evenings and weekends during peak time)

• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Data Entry Specialist Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
