Job Responsibilities
**** Present financing and leasing options to customers in a professional and compliant manner.
* Assist customers in securing vehicle financing through approved lending institutions.
* Offer and explain vehicle service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other protection products.
* Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in accordance with dealership and lender requirements.
* Maintain compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners.
* Collaborate with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience.
* Achieve finance product penetration and profitability goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
* Stay current on finance programs, lender guidelines, and industry trends.

*** Finance Specialist Qualifications
**** Previous automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I), Finance Manager, or related dealership finance experience.
