• Guide every patient experience following physician-provided protocols
• Present and sell membership options, building long-term relationships.
• Maintain suite cleanliness, records, safety protocols per Oregon regulations.
• Create light social content (optional)

• Active Oregon Advanced/Master Esthetician license (in good standing)
• Hands-on Candela Gentle Max Pro Plus experience
• Fitzpatrick skin typing and treatment planning proficiency
• Inclusive, culturally competent care
• Consistent availability through first 90 days; holidays observed
• Self-directed, proven follow-through
• Comfortable managing day-to-day suite operations independently

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

• Do you currently hold an active Oregon Advanced/Master Esthetician license in good standing?
• Describe your hands-on experience with the Candela Gentle Max Pro Plus — how long you’ve used it, how often, and what treatments you’ve performed.
• How do you assess Fitzpatrick skin type and build a treatment plan before laser hair removal? Walk us through your usual approach.
• Are you comfortable providing inclusive care to all clients — including men, women, intimate/Brazilian treatments, LGBTQ+ clients, and transgender clients? Please answer in a few sentences.
• Which schedule can you commit to consistently through the first 90 days (holidays observed):
  Preferred full week (Tue–Fri 10 AM–7 PM, Sat 9 AM–6 PM);
  Part-time Option 1 (Tue/Wed/Thu AM); or Part-time Option 2 (Thu PM/Fri/Sat)? Please confirm which one and that you can hold it through launch
