- Ensure excellent patient care, experience, and clinical outcomes for all staff, including other PTs and support staff.
- Live the company’s mission, vision, values, and operational standards.
- Consult with other health professionals when developing a treatment plan for the patient.
- Work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs and complete accurate documentation through EMR software in a timely manner.
- Work effectively with support staff and other therapists.
- Participate in growing the clinic through marketing and participation in local events.
- Demonstrate an excellent work ethic, confidence, and independence through a positive & engaging personality.
- Proficient in technology and able to utilize it effectively in the clinic setting.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
- Hold in good standing or be eligible for a state of Oregon Physical Therapy license.
- Advanced, relevant certification (OCS, SCS, etc.) and/or specialty certification preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Efficient time management and punctuality.
- HIPAA compliance.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Motivated team player.
$85,000 – $110,000 USD per year (NES – Tigard Oleson PT)
