• Demonstrate excellent, individualized patient care supported by current best evidence and a positive, empowering growth mindset.
• Ensure excellent patient care, experience, and clinical outcomes for all staff, including other PTs and support staff.
• Live the company’s mission, vision, values, and operational standards.
• Consult with other health professionals when developing a treatment plan for the patient.
• Work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs and complete accurate documentation through EMR software in a timely manner.
• Work effectively with support staff and other therapists.
• Participate in growing the clinic through marketing and participation in local events.

• Demonstrate an excellent work ethic, confidence, and independence through a positive & engaging personality.
• Proficient in technology and able to utilize it effectively in the clinic setting.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
• Hold in good standing or be eligible for a state of Oregon Physical Therapy license.
• Advanced, relevant certification (OCS, SCS, etc.) and/or specialty certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Efficient time management and punctuality.
• HIPAA compliance.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Motivated team player.

$85,000 – $110,000 USD per year (NES – Tigard Oleson PT)
