Under the supervision of a physical therapist, provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patients special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Physical Therapy Assistants help provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

• Associate's Degree Physical Therapy, from an accredited program.
• Within 30 days of hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire:
  Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License.
• Upon hire:
  Washington Physical Therapist Assistant License - if practicing within this state.

Pay Range: $30.15 - $46.13. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
