Are you a friendly and organized individual who loves helping people? We are looking for a Reception and Registration Representative to join our team. In this role, you will make sure our patients feel welcome and help them with their registration. If you enjoy solving problems and providing excellent customer service, this job is for you!

• Greet and check in patients upon arrival, ensuring all registration tasks are completed accurately.
• Prepare and organize patient documents for efficient check-ins.
• Notify medical staff of patient arrivals, late check-ins, and other important updates.
• Answer patient questions and direct inquiries as needed.
• Collect co-payments via cash, check, or credit card and provide receipts.
• Verify and update insurance information.
• Scan and catalog patient documents for record-keeping.
• Assist with rescheduling office visits for late arrivals.
• Ensure the waiting area remains clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
• Monitor patient waiting areas and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Perform special assignments or projects as needed.

• Education:
  
  An associate degree or equivalent from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Experience:
  
  One year of related experience is preferred, but six months of training or a combination of education and experience is also acceptable.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to handle payments, and proficiency in basic office software.

• Activity Level: You’ll be standing, sitting, walking, lifting (up to 25 pounds), and reaching.

Depending on your experience, you’ll start between $20.00 per hour and $21.48 per hour. There is room for growth beyond that point, especially if you prove to be a star performer!
