BMWIT is looking for a massage therapist who combines the practices of massage therapy and mental health support. The goal is to help clients manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges through therapeutic touch and relaxation techniques, while also potentially addressing physical discomfort and tension.
Core Responsibilities:Client Assessment:
Evaluating clients' physical and emotional states to determine appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans.
Creating a Relaxing Environment:Preparing the massage space to be calm and conducive to relaxation, using aromatherapy, soft lighting, and calming music.
Massage Therapy:Providing various massage modalities, such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage, tailored to individual needs and preferences.
