Portland, Oregon

Shift: 4-10 schedule, Monday-Thursday, either 8am-6pm or 9am-7pm

Work-Fit and Alliance Physical Therapy Partners is seeking an Exercise Physiologist. The staff model provides the injury prevention model:
Symptom Intervention (SI), job conditioning, work-site visits and other prevention services.

What is Expected?:

* Applicant needs to be a self-starter and able to work independently without direct supervision.

* Demonstrates exceptional ability to engage employees in all services in the industrial setting.

* Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, motivator and work well as part of a team.

* Needs to be a natural leader, thinking outside of their comfort zone.

* Adhere to the standards of practice as outlined in the Work-Fit/Boeing SOP

* Able to focus, organize, and prioritize delivery of services.

* Desire to be an integral piece of the largest Industrial Athlete program in the country.

* Degree in Exercise Science or other health related field

* Current certification as exercise professional with national organization in good standing

* Current First Aid/CPR certification

* Experience in teaching group exercise classes to adults

* Competency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
