This position is eligible for a hiring incentive. The salary range for this position is $33.64–$46.15 per hour.

Facilitates physician performance of invasive, therapeutic, and diagnostic procedures; handles instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during surgery; ensures quality patient care and monitors maintenance of the sterile field.

Work Experience:
- Associate Degree or Certificate of Program Completion in Surgical Technology:
Required - Relevant acute‑care experience:
Preferred - Circulating/Scrub experience:
Preferred - At least one year of surgical technologist experience in a hospital setting:

- National Board of Surgical Technologists or Association of Surgical Technologists certification:

Required - Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification:

- Verifies surgery with consent forms and brings patient to assigned operating room; passes instruments to surgeon during procedure; anticipates surgeon’s needs; performs counts with circulator; prepares and secures sterile dressings.
- Checks supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedure; obtains appropriate sterile and unsterile items; sets up sterile table with instruments, supplies, equipment, and medications; assists with draping sterile field.
- Cleans and prepares instruments for terminal sterilization; assists team with cleaning of room for turnover; assists in prepping room for next patient.
- Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.
