Your day is designed around
patient‑first, relationship‑driven care—not volume for volume’s sake.
- Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence‑based plans of care
- Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one‑on‑one care
- Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team‑oriented environment
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long‑term outcomes
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
- Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
- Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate
- Licensed (or license‑eligible) Physical Therapist
- Compassionate mindset and desire to build long‑term patient relationships
- Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team

- Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility
- Prolonged standing, walking, and use of hands for treatment and documentation
