TO QUALIFY- Employees must be at least 18 years of age per Oregon State Administrative Rules
- Prefer experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Valid Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle is required for the Supported Living Program
Successful candidates will be required to meet all Oregon State Department of Human Services requirements

- Paid training and orientation schedule:
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for the first 2 weeks of employment (hybrid)
What You Getto Do:
- Enrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment
- Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
- Prepare meals and snacks.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices.
- Implement positive behavior supports and de-escalate challenging behaviors when needed.
- Other duties as assigned

What Makes You a Great Fit
- Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to provide references
- Able to attend two weeks of PAID in-house orientation and training
- Have a passion to help others

- Good communication is key in this role. You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
