Job Summary

Vista Counseling is seeking an experienced and compassionate therapist to join our team of mental health professionals. The ideal candidate will be a licensed therapist with a proven track record of successfully helping couples overcome their challenges and strengthen their relationships.

Vista Counseling is a locally‑owned private practice established in 2002, committed to a collaborative and professional environment that allows therapists to focus on therapy while the business side is handled by Vista.

Base annual salary: $70,886.00 – $

• Pre‑Licensed: $70,886.40 – $
• Licensed Masters: $74,880.00 – $
• Licensed Doctoral Level: $91,728.00 – $

Pay varies by number of sessions per week (18-30) and years of licensed experience.

• Must be a professionally licensed therapist in Oregon (or license eligible)
• Clinical practice experience is required
